Fitness has always played an important role in my life. I've enjoyed leading workouts since my senior year of high school. Training others, one on one, seemed like the perfect situation for me. It did take long to realize that I could only touch so many lives this way. I was unable to help everyone who wanted and needed help. After all, there are only so many hours in a day and I wanted to spend some of them with my family and friends. The other drawback to personal training was that all of my money would end up being reinvested in to a new piece of equipment.
